you know, all the news outlets are saying the grafitti is in response to zenkouji's refusal to be the starting point of the relay. but what proof is there besides timing? was there a message in the grafitti? was it in chinese or something? news flash, grafitti is not new to japan (unfortuantely). i'm tired of half-assed reporting.
as for the flowers, well, all i can say is, japan, time to wake up, japanese people aren't always so nice any more. you can't rely on them to NOT do something. i wouldn't be surprised if this was the act of a disgruntled city employee. moreover, while its nice you spent money on the flowers, stop wasting your money on dogs & demon projects.
ps despite the tone, this was not at all aimed at tarinai. thanks for the post tarinai. SMITE!
