What I want to do is compile a list of questions that we all can use in class for warm-up questions, jeopardy game, etc.
When I say trivia questions, I'm talking about questions that make the students think, rather than the usual computer generate responses, which you can never tell if the student actually understood the original question.
I'll start start:
1. What is Hideki Matsui's number? (55) 2. Who is on the 1,000 yen money? (Hideo Noguchi) 3. What bird is on the 10,000 yen money? (phoneix) 4. When was the new 5,000 yen money made? (2003) 5. How many people live in Japan? (about 127 million) 6. How many kens in Japan? (47) 7. What did 0 say to 8? (nice belt!) 8. What letter is not me? (U)
